School Holiday 2013

Hi peeps! It's been a while I didn't update my blog. So many things to do and I was a bit busy with my four little lovers during the school holidays. Kids enjoyed with their speech and drama class, baking and art class which were held since the school holidays started. And I, a mother/nurse/driver who always make myself available for their time, to send and fetch them back from their classes.

Weekend Activity - by the gals!

Baked by my two gals and decorated by them too. After 3 hrs class in Melawati with Chef Nabila, they baked this at home!

When I got nothing to do during the weekend, when all kids are not around, I just sit down and take a break. Let's eat cake then...

Chocolate Cupcake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Red Velvet and Chocolate Cake

 

I am not good at decorating the cake, but the baking wise is there. When I just feel like eating cake/cupcakes, I bake a simple one:) Here, my chocolate layered rv cake with cream cheese frosting (500 gm of  cream cheese + 240 gm of condensed milk + 100 gm of whipped cream).

I am a fan of this cake! I bake I eat then I go to sleep, hahaha. Next time, please arrange the biscuits nicely okays:)

Pink and Purple

When pink and purple met, I just wanted them to be good.

Cake with no specific name!

It's a butter cake, also a sandwich cake with strawberry jam. I put cream cheese + condensed milk + UHT full cream milk (I got no whipped cream in stock) as topping. Mixed them altogether and pour onto the cake. And don't forget to decorate with strawberries and blueberries. It's just a simple cake which everyone can bake!

Satay o satay, you look good when I am hungry. You taste good when I start putting on weight, hahaha...

When RV met Chocolate..

 When RV met Chocolate, they just wanted to be close to each other!

I bake but I don't decorate. Baking wise is there but not the decorating! Sorry my dear eldest gal, don't worry, the cake still got the looks!

Mikhael's Party Pack

 Sometimes, I just want to make something different. Let's teach our kids about fruits! And I started with APPLE :-)

I put coloring books, crayon, apple, tooth brush+tooth paste as their party packs.

I totally lost when I played with the nozzle. At the end, I just came with the same design I made before. I supposed I should have decorated something different! Thank God, the customer satisfied with the outcome:)

Quick Dinner

This is what I had for my dinner. Fried kuay teow at Grandmama's Pavillion is perfect for my tummy, hehehe..
