I totally lost when I played with the nozzle. At the end, I just came with the same design I made before. I supposed I should have decorated something different! Thank God, the customer satisfied with the outcome:)

Chocolate Cake
Finally....I baked this cake with my own recipe! My version:)
How do I bake this, here I write down the recipe:
A:
2 cups of superfine flour
3/4 cups of cocoa powder
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of salt
B
2 cups of caster sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup of mazola oil
I cup of buttermilk (normally I measure I cup of evaporated milk with 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar - add together and let them for 10 minutes
1 cup of boiling water
1 tbsp of sour cream/plain yogurt
C
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of white vinegar
First thing to do is panaskan oven dengan suhu 150'c. Ayak bahan A dan tuangkan ke dalam mixing bowl. Kemudian masukkan bahan B ke dalam mixing bowl bercampur dengan bahan A tadi. Kacau dengan mixer sehingga kesemua bahan A dan B itu sudah sebati dan mesra la katakan. And akhir sekali campurkan baking soda dengan white vinegar sehingga berbuih dan cepat cepat masukkan ke dalam adunan tadi. Masih kacau menggunakan mixer untuk 1 minit dan tuangkan ke dalam acuan yang telah disapu marjerin. Bolehlah bakar kek sekarang!
Untuk topping, I think masing2 dah ada resipi yang biasa dibuat. Saya cuma gunakan Paul's thickened cream yang dimasak secara double boiler dengan vochelle chocolate cooking bar. Agak2 ikut selera dan kemanisan masing2 lah. Untuk krim kat tengah tu I just guna cream cheese frosting yang selalu buat untuk red velvet tu je. Just ikut kekreativitian masing2:) Okay itu sahaja!
